Review: Super easy install, works great! No more hood props. - Easy install, better than new. Prop the hood open first. To remove old support, pry the metal clamp band on top, pull off the support top, repeat for bottom. That easy! Simply push on the new support. No tools required for the install. Support snaps into place. Make sure to check orientation of the old support and replace accordingly. Been putting it off cause I thought it would require a hammer to knock it back in place and I would misalign something but only hand pressure was needed. It fit my 2014 Durango perfectly.

The hood isn't banging me in the back of the head anymore and seems to be very sturdy. There's a few great videos on Youtube to explain install if you are trying to figure it out. Just a clip on each end that has to be pulled out a little with a screwdriver and then pull. To install the new ones, just push on each connection firmly until it snaps in place.
