Tried washing (twice) and fabric fragrance spray, airing out, perfume, scented hand sanitizer etc anything I could think of and it still stinks. Haven’t tried to leave it outside on the patio for an extended period of time (like a week) but the smell has only slightly lessened within the last two months. I’ve worn it about three times and today my daughter was repelled from hugging me because of the smell. I have a lot of outfits this goes with, so I don’t want to return it. Just be aware of what you are getting. Sleeves are nice and soft when wearing unlike most denim jackets. Not aStiff crunchy material like others. I bought the black one. I ordered a small and the sleeves are slightly long, but better than too short-an issue I tend to have. The waist just fits with a thin shirt (though there is a little stretch.) My waist is 25 inches-for reference on size S. The bust fits approximately 32. It is a very slim fit, so ordering up is a good idea.
