THIS ITEM IS ADVERTISED AS "TOUGH STEEL."  IT IS NOT MADE OF TOUGH STEEL!  IT IS FLIMSY, CHEAP MATERIAL THAT HAS THE DURABILITY OF CARDBOARD.  IT BLOWS OVER IN THE FIRST WIND.  SELLER REFUSES TO ACCEPT RETURN!.  DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SELLER.  THEY ENGAGE IN FALSE ADVERTISING AND ACT IN BAD FAITH.
