My favorite is the lasagna. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Changed my mind about this one. *by A***E on May 14, 2020* At first glance, I was not terribly impressed with this book. The recipes all seemed typical and uninspired. I don’t fancy books that stuff a few photo pages together in the middle of the book either. And I just didn’t think I would refer to this collection when I had tons of higher quality Instant Pot cookbooks on my shelf. Yet, I did refer to it. And I found that the recipes were actually written reasonably well. Their “basic” nature made them a good jumping off point and I realized it wasn’t a bad purchase at all. In fact, in retrospect, I think it’s a handy and inexpensive little book to own. I’m glad I gave it a chance. I don’t judge it by the same criteria as more professionally written glossier books, but it definitely serves its purpose. The Ham and Cheese Egg Bites recipe is standard but right on.
