I was having a problem with my four motion clock that I use on my boat.I replaced the battery and was unable to install the back. I called customer service at least five times and never got a call back I still haven't gotten a call back and that was weeks ago. I sent them emails at least three emails and I never got a response to any of my emails.so if you want to good product go ahead and buy the clock or the thermometer they work great and hold up to the elements.
