Because this is how it rest on the door I was not able to use it the way it was intended. I did address this with the seller first but I was told because I didn’t have the original package( my daughter love receiving packages because they immediately use the boxes to build things so it got destroyed by my girls not the delivery man) that I wouldn’t qualify for a return. I don’t want to return the product. I simply wanted to just replace the damaged part. Which honestly looked like it was a manufactured defect.
