Review: Pathetic customer support - I am writing this review after a disappointing experience with Comforto product and services. I had bought this mattress which came rolled and compressed, unlike earlier ones those came flat and inflated. I gifted this one to my friends, but last week when I visited them, I realised the mattress was still deflateed and failed to come in a normal shape, especially from conrners. I contacted their customer support, surprisingly, they did not not records of my purchase, despite the fact that this one was my third purchase. Until then, they had been following up me for a positive feedback, but still they did not have my purchase records. Nevertheless, the customer support asked me to share puchase invoice, and assured that someone from their team would call back. No one called me back. I followed up, but I was asked the name of the guy I had talked earlier to track my complaint. I shared whatever details I had. Again I was told for a call back. It's been 4 days already, no one called. I'm still dealing with a deflated mattress with no support from Comforto.
