The lids for two lights were on crooked so i had to press them down to get them off. The lights work wonderfully and I only needed one for my bucket but I plan to create more later. I have not used them in water so I cannot speak on that aspect. The remote works well and I can turn my light off and on inside my camper with it being about 6 foot away. The ability to change colors is fun and my son loves to turn on the strobbing feature where it flashes between all of the colors.
