Nothing sticks to it which means you can use less oil when cooking. It's a big wok and perfect for cooking family-sized portions of stir-fried noodles, rice, vegetables, etc. I've had this wok for about a year now and use it weekly. The ceramic marble surface is still like new--no chips or scratches. I only use wooden cooking utensils with this wok and always hand-wash with a soft sponge. I recently bought one for my sister so I have my favorite wok when I cook at her house. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Awesome for one year, then the surface started peeling off. *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States on 15 March 2014* Title of the review pretty much says it all. This wok was absolutely awesome for one year (13 months to be exact). I used it around twice a week on average. Now on the 14th month of owning it though, I see that the inner surface has started chipping/peeling off.
