You might never again want to be limited to chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry and mango. And you will certainly never again eat vanilla pudding. And do not eat more than 1/2 tsp daily. Unless you are looking to cure raging diahrrea. For which this is a sure cure. But another good cure is to eat eggs twice daily. Like omelette for breakfast and quiche or foo yong for dinner.
