Review: Genius! - Whomever thought of this is genius. I fell face first and fractured my nose. When I looked for an ice pack for my nose, I found this. I love that it's adjustable and conforms well to my nose. I highly recommend this item if you injure your nose and need to ice it.
Review: Useless. - Waste of $16. Doesn’t really freeze or stay cool. I put it in the freezer overnight, and yet it doesn’t get cold and hard like an ice pack. Take it out after being in the freezer all night… it isn’t that cold. Doesn’t do what it is suppose to do.

**Q: How does this come packaged?**
A: Can't remember , sorry...it was for my girlfriend who had deviated septum surgery....but she was very happy with the comfort and ease of use.It came with an extra one ,so she could rotate them when it was time to.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Not a good fit for my small nose

I purchased this to help stop nosebleeds. While the idea is good, it fit too wide and did not conform to my nose and warmed up to quickly. It might be better for someone with a wider nose.
