Just this week, the hose sprung a massive leak, so I'm shopping for a replacement. For the price (around 40 dollars), I expected it to last longer than two years. We've had $15 handheld shower heads last longer than this. Other than its short life, I really loved this shower head. The finish is beautiful, very much resistant to mildew and hard water build up. The rubber jets are easy to clean, also resistant to gunk. The metal hose hangs nicely and doesn't tangle. It's plenty long for washing pets or kids' hair and cleaning the shower. The pressure is just okay. I have very thick hair and there isn't a setting that makes it take fewer than ten minutes to soak my hair through. I did eventually remove the flow regulator (not as simple as task with this as it is with other showerheads), which helped, but still didn't provide the best pressure. Overall, I like this shower head, but will not be buying it again due to breaking in relatively short time.ETA: HotelSpa replaced our hose for free and it's been working perfectly ever since. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful and convenient *by G***K on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 24, 2016* Beautiful and convenient. I love the color. The water flow is normal -- didn't restrict my pressure, but didn't improve it either. The hardest setting does not hurt my skin like some shower heads but it's great for rinsing hair and cleaning the tub. The softest setting feels like a hard rain -- perfect for kids and such. I have very good water pressure, and I removed the flow restrictor, which made a small difference. I wouldn't say this is a good shower head for those with low pressure though.The head is ABS plastic but seems to be coated with a metallic finish because it's cold to the touch. Seems durable and chip resistant. The handle has a nice grip so it doesn't slip in your hand easily. It's easy to change the spray settings while mounted.Very easy to install. Apply the supplied plumbers' tape to all ends and twist them on -- no leaks! The hose conduit (metal lining) likes to unscrew from the shower head occasionally. Just screw it back in. The way its positioned, it sits really high, with the sprayer probably a foot or more above my head (I'm 5'9"). The wider spray setting is too wide for that height-you feel like you aren't getting any water it's so spread out. I have to adjust it to the jet stream to get enough power to rinse my hair, which isn't very pleasant.I'm not sure if it's my shower or this shower head, but it's not my favorite.
