**Q: Why won't the lid close? My husband purchased this and it won't shut  (we are not talking about the finger protecting gap have it assembled correctly!**
A: Yeah.. I noticed i put my hinge on backwards according to the directions, however when i turn it the way they want it to go, it don't match up at all because of a little metal tab they put on it that stops the movement. Basically the hinge in unusable

A: Engineered wood ,also known as composite wood,it's a man made wood ,very hard,and sturdy,I just bought a toy box,& it was very easy to assemble.& It is well built.

A: Sorry, there is no assembly video.

**Q: How big is it**
A: It’s not too big. It fits well in my children’s room and they have a toddler bed, crib, and tv stand in their room.
