You can set the guitar down and grab it easily from any angle
It's rare when you buy something that comes EXACTLY as advertised. My first A frame stand and I find it much more practical then those with the extension for the neck holder. You can set the guitar down and grab it easily from any angle. The stand is sturdy, super light and portable. Great value for the price.

Arms bend and break
Stand wont hold a fender telecaster. Bends arms and they break. Arms want to spread out and you cant tighten them enough to stay put.

Not for electrics
Good for traditional Accoustic guitars. Fantasically portable. Too deep for electrics or basses. Fyi: It is also made of plastic not metal.

Great little stand
Light small compact.I have no problem with this stand for use at home. Its a little to light for stage or giging.I use it for my Taylor and strat. Works great.Check all connections, they are plastic,I had to super glue one of them,no big thing.Great stand.Causion before you super glue anything, make sure you dont glue any adjusting rods together. The add I bought it under, did not explain all the adjustments.

I spread the legs apart and it snapped off like a wishbone
I spread the legs apart and it snapped off like a wishbone. Very disappointing. Be very carefull. I do not think I was being overly forceful.

Handy but not very secure
I like that it is light compact and quick to setup but it's also easy to knock over.
