These lights are perfect for garage or car port. Very bright and robust. I bought this particular fixture because it was advertised as dimmable. Apparently it is dimmable but only using a separate circuit that requires an additional two wires for a special 0-10V dimmer. I guess this is not unusual for commercial grade wiring but I was unaware of this need. My electrician was similarly uneducated. if I had realized this at the time of purchase I could have added the extra wires as these were for new build construction. Unfortunately, by the time I tried to install the dimmer, the ceiling was finished and now it may not be possible to take advantage of the dimming ability of the light. This is an issue as these lights are very bright and one may not want them on a full intensity all of the time. So, buyer beware! If you are buying this model because of its dimming capability be sure to have the appropriate wiring in place.

Property Manager here.. These usually fail after 5 to 8 years. Be prepared with a spare. Good price point. Overall okay. Lights my carports better than traditional lighting which (when coupled with security cams) has deterred break ins.

We have recently completed changing our incandescent fixtures to these wonderful unit. They are great, lots of light, well sealed against spiders, et al. and they don't require special wiring, unless you want to dim them. We bought these in three stages, so yeh, I guess we would buy them again. You, bet.

They replacing better than 4' or 8' fixtures.

Perfect lighting for an eight story parking structure. Economical LED lighting and gives the whole garage and updated look !!!

Worked well for a short time. We’ve had to replace all of these again they all started flickering.

So far lasted ok. A very bright light. I bought this pack thinking a normal 60 watt bulb x4 in a 30x30 carport. Wow was I wrong...very bright. IN regular daylight this is brighter. Also would have gave it 5 stars but the light has separate 2 wires for a special low voltage dimmer switch so you would have top run all 4 light wires together and then back and put in a special dimmer switch. Didn't realize this until installing them. Could have probably got the 45 watt 4 pack and been ok but for now it's like a lighted runway airport...no one sneaking up around here with those on!!!
