Save your money, another low carb low calorie diet plan
Pros: very easy to read, complex information clearly explained. Could immediately jump into actionCons: this is another low calorie, low carb diet. It’s backed with pseudo science but at the end of the day can be summarized by the following:Strength train + eating fairly low carb + eating sugar free <1200 calories a day, you will lose weight

Confusing for vegetarians... probably worse for vegans
Overall, this book is an easy, quick read. If you stick to the program, you will definitely see results. It provides clear-cut instructions on when you should be eating & portion sizes with science to back it up. It also provides a workout schedule with suggested weightlifting exercises. It also includes 30 days of meal suggestions, and 3 chapters of easy ( & yummy) recipes.My only complaint is that as a vegetarian, I found the portions to be very confusing. Steve emphasizes portioning your carbs in relation to your protein intake. However, many carbs listed are also classified as vegan/vegetarian protein options. There is no explanation in the book on how to measure your carbs if you are vegetarian. I am able to follow the diet with some trial and error, but I am carefully tracking my macros to ensure that I am getting enough calories. It is definitely do-able as a vegetarian, but I can imagine it would be VERY confusing/difficult if you are vegan and cannot include proteins like eggs and egg whites.

Best Yet
Unbelievably helpful workout guide! Packed brim to brim with valuable information and preaches a lifestyle that I’ve actually found not only sustainable but downright enjoyable in every shape and form. Divided into sections to allow for freedom based on workout/dieting experience and even has a recipe guide so the mental energy of getting your body to superhero status is taken care of for you. Steve Zim’s guide is really substantive in terms of the “why” this is good for the body and the Superhero Stories are inspiring real-life examples of the successes his plan can provide you. Having really been a fan of his BuzzFeed videos, it’s nice to have all that info laid out in front of me! Lol

Stick with it and follow the Rules
I have the Kindle version. I got this because of Buzzfeed and I figured if the Buzzfeed group can do it as can I. The main thing here is that you need to follow the 10 rules. They are pretty basic and simple. But they are working for me. You'll have to figure out what workout you want to do along with this however. I'm doing Stronglifts. However If you are a macro counter, this is not for you as he doesn't go that granular with it. You can however figure out your Macros and integrate that with the rules. This also would work ok with intermittent fasting too. The book will guide you on what you can eat (and drink) and when. Also there's room for your cheat food as well.I wish it was more than just a PDF of the printed book. I'd rather have a Kindle native version that was white text on black friendly.

Great info,basic enough that it can be adapted for any eating style.
I have purchased several of Steve Zim’s books. I have Hot point fitness, six weeks to a hollywood body and now super hero nutrition. Its a pretty quick read and its really easy to understand. I have bought different nutrition books because I haven’t found what works for me. I like that with Steve’s way we don’t have to eat six times a day. I prefer to only eat 2-3 meals a day and not snack because I find that I over eat when I do snack. I like that you can tailor this to fit what ever way you eat, whether it is as a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, meat eater. I also like that we aren’t focused on counting calories because I will be the first to tell you once I start counting calories I become a bit obsessed. Over all great book!👍👌💪

This is basically a PDF of the book. Buyer beware!
Hope you have a large tablet to read this book on because it will not open on your Kindle device or Computer (via Kindle Cloud Reader). For me, that means I'm stuck with a PDF I have to zoom in on and scroll through. Very annoying on my iPhone SE!I will be requesting a refund for this purchase, but don't know how successful I will be.

Actually Read it and Enjoyed it!
I follow Gabbie Hanna on social media and seeing how we had a similar struggle, I thought I give this a read. Finished in a day which is amazing! It’s right to the point but explains everything in full detail! I am excited for this lifestyle change!! Thanks Steve!

Superhero Nutrition,easy download,great read
First of all if you are having an issue downloading this book you need to go directly to amazon.com to buy it. Even though it says you can buy the book in the kindle app you need to go directly to Amazon. Although you might need to take one extra step to download if you are an apple user, it is worth it. This book caught my attention because Steve Zim has had several videos go beyond viral with one hitting over 20 million views. Anything with that many views has to be worth it. The videos shows REAL people and real results, so I wanted to get the book to see what was trick. Like most things, Steve tells you straight out there is no trick only good choices and this book is so easy to read and makes sense. Highly recommend this book. Now I am going to read the other books he wrote.

Overpriced and lacking substance
You pay way too much for what you get with this book. There's under 200 pages and most of it is repeated information or him trying to sell his other books. I can honestly say it barely any different to other diets; eat less, cut carbs, give up sugar entirely and no snacks. the meals are boring and flavourless. Also you didn't need an entire page dedicated to tell you how to bake chicken and boil veg as a meal. The "breakthrough" technique is only eating every 6 hours to prevent insulin spikes. Hard to do with the portion sizes recommended , and you spend all day craving flavour. Not impressed.

This book is a MUST buy!
Years ago, I used to be a health fanatic. Running, weight lifting, and karate to name three. But then a debilitating spinal condition robbed me of my ability to exercise, and so the weight piled on. I have tried various diet plans, and lifestyle changes, hardly any of which suited me, or worked long term. This book was pointed out to me by a friend, and I have to say it makes complete sense and does exactly what it says it will. The steps are simple enough, such as eating 3 meals a day, with 5 hours between each, and it caters for any diet. Be that meat, lean protein, or religious. It also lists the low Glycaemic Load foods which prevent insulin release, the culprit in fat gain. And because of this, you can really what as much food as you want during your three meals so long as you follow that. If you’re serious about your health, you must buy this book.

True diet for longterm results.
Love this book. Even though it is not easy follow his rules he teaches you to gain new healthy eating habits instead of bull s diet for 3-4 weeks and then you gain weight again. He never lies about how it's going to be easy and lovely and you don't need to do nothing. No. In this book you follow and win or you just loose. Highly recommend it.
