Best bike light I've owned so far
I'm really impressed by the Beryl's back light!Size-wise, it's super small. It's maybe the length of a credit card and about half as wide. Since I've got a D-lock mounted under my seat, I was concerned about how I was going to fit it. But it slotted in fine with lots of space to fit and release the lock. The actual fitting process is fairly straightforward, although it took me a few minutes to understand since it was new to me. The light "click" on to a square bracket, which in turn is attached to the bike frame with a strong rubber strap. That let's you click the light on and off the bike without removing the whole fitting, which is handy for charging. There were a couple of fittings included with the light, which, I guess, were for different size frames. I've got a normal road bike so used the bigger strap. In terms of performance, I can't fault it. The light is incredibly bright and, when I leant it to someone else, clearly stood out amongst brighter car lights. The functions are varied and are a nice option, although I've kept mine fixed on solid.I'm only a week in so I can't comment much on charge or usage time. I've got almost a full week's use out of it without charging, which is way more convenient than my last light, which needed recharged every four or five days. The listing says it'll last for 17 hours, which I can totally buy. At that length, you could probably go more than a month without charging it.Other minor things, the design is nice, the cover on the charging port feels secure, it's fairly light, and it's not that expensive for something that should hopefully last a good few years.

Feeling Safe Again!
Fantastic product! I have had the front Beryl laserlight since it was 'Blaze' and this is a fantastic addition to make me feel safe on the crazy streets of London! It has been amazing hearing/watching cars slow down as I brake, where previously they would keep on going which can feel dangerous. I don't know why others have complained about the mount as it has caused me no problems and it feels very secure, plus I like that it is so quick and easy to assemble with no tools. It is an amazing bit of kit for the price and of course not as heavily built as the Laserlight but it doesn't need to be as it is tucked behind you and shows no danger of coming off. Thank you for making another great bike light!

Strong lighting from Beryl
I bought this light to use on my Boardman bike for commuting to work, tested it out in the recent blustery autumn weather! I really like the light. The light itself is really great, strong light, great options and easy to use. I really rate it and definitely feel confident in evening commuting conditions given that the light makes me so visible. The attachment onto the bike is much stronger/sturdier than I expected so that’s great. It’s a nifty design! Thanks Beryl!

Brilliant
Best back light Ive ever had on my bike. Plently bright enough. Lots of different patterns and shows when you're breaking. Highly recommended. Buy one !

Terrible mount. Avoid till Beryl acknowledge these reviews and fix.
Used it for the first time today. By the time I got to work it wasn’t there. Uses a small plastic holder which you attach to your seat post using a rubber strap.

Excellent light but very poor mounting
The light is excellent - it is bright, has different flashing/constant modes for different riding conditions, and is rechargeable. It also has the Brake Light function, operated by an accelerometer in the lamp. It can be tested when holding the light, but is harder to see how well it works when riding! The micro usb socket for charging lives behind a rubber cover so we will see how well that stands up to use and the effects if the weather. I prefer the magnetic connector on my Blaze Laser light but that is probably more expensive to produce. My main reservation is the mount. It's the now common elastic band round the seat post arrangement, which is not at all helpful if like me you use a saddlebag. Worse than that, after five weeks use the mount came in two while I was removing the light. It's held together by just two tiny welds. I have informed Beryl.
