Great read if you like books like this

It's a good story with a lot of sexy scenes that bring the heat. I was sucked in from the first page and never lost interest. You can see "the twist" in the story coming a mile away but it's still written in an engaging manner. I found it very weird, though, that Kat from Dirty Talk never made an appearance. In Dirty Talk, Elise and Kat are depicted as best friends since college so I expected that Kat would make at least one appearance here, especially when Elise has such a huge problem! That's the time a girl would call on her best friend! But, no. No Kat. That is very strange. Not only that, but it was the perfect time for the author to give a little follow-up on Kat and Derrick, just a quick little blurb, but she didn't. That is the reason for the 4 stars given instead of 5. You will thoroughly enjoy this book, I know I did! Looking forward to the next book in this series!

Elise Warren for her dirty back handed job is following one of the hottest handsomest country stars around Keith Perkins. Elise needs to create some juice about the totally wholesome guy where in the scandalous world of celebrities Keith has absolutely no dirt or anything bad said about him. When Elise follows Keith to the grocery store and snaps some pictures of him buying some feminine hygiene products. Elise has hit pay dirt wonders why Keith is buying pads and for whom? When Elise publishes the article and the pictures Keith loses his cool. His manager straight up tells him to do a personal interview to Elise to erase all doubt and give a glimpse into his life but Keith has a very big secret to keep. When Keith meets Elise meets her he can’t help the strong attraction to her and pretty soon Elise is caught up a secret of her own that she is sleeping with her story. When both Keith and Elise’s secret finally come out will they be able to handle the dirt written about them or will it destroy the feeling they have for each other instead? Overall I have read very few of Ms. Lauren Landish’s sexy stories and reviewed even less but what I have read I instantly loved and the books have been in my kindle library to be read and reread several times over. This book is no exception even though I am writing this review now I have read the book four times since it came out and could not hold back any longer the story is just great moves wonderfully and makes me fall for the characters! Elise might be a dirty tabloid reporter but you couldn’t help but like her. She’s sensitive caring and even when she finds out Keith’s secret tries to make up something or come up with something else to continue his secret. So of course she has my respect. Keith what can I say about him sure he’s hot handsome elusive and arrogant but totally swoon worthy. I couldn’t fall for his mean brash attitude from the get go but loved his soft side too. Will I read another by Ms. Landish you bet and even brought the next in the series!

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Elise is a reporter tasked with the job of getting the goods on sexy, single, country star Keith Perkins. She doesn't want to seem obvious when spying on him, so she goes undercover. In doing so, she finds some pretty interesting things Keith does not want made public, but Elise posts them online. She needs her job, at the online tabloid The Daily Spot, and the trash she delivers will, hopefully, get her her dream job as an investigative reporter. After stirring the pot, Elise gets an exclusive. Keith is not happy but he agrees to meet with Elise. They talk, flirt and learn a lot about each other. Soon they begin to feel a pull toward each other, one they are finding hard to resist. Elise needs her story. Keith needs to protect his private life. His secret. As much as he would like to see where this could lead, the truth of the matter is, right now, he doesn't need the complication especially from a sexy, confident woman who just might betray him in the end. WOW ! EVERY TIME I READ ONE OF LAUREN'S BOOKS IT INSTANTLY BECOMES MY FAVORITE, SO KEEPING WITH THAT ASSESSMENT, DIRTY LAUNDRY IS DEFINITELY MY NEW FAVORITE ! ! ! SMOOTH AND EFFORTLESS WRITING WITH MIND BLOWING, SOUL SHATTERING SEX MAKE FOR A GREAT READ ! ! ! BEST CHARACTER INNER DIALOGUE EVER ! ( I can't give up too much, you really need to read this book !) AWESOME STORY FROM START TO FINISH !

Great book. I felt like the story was done 60% through and should have wrapped up there. I finally stopped reading at 88%.

I enjoyed the first book of the Series but this one was spectacular! Keith is every girls dream although he never thought he would have a relationship due to circumstances beyond his control. In order to keep his life completely separate from his public career, he had made himself a promise to stay single, that is until Elise Warner walked into his life. I loved the way the authors brought all the feels to the book, the flow of the story and the fiery episodes of them together with Keith being in control of every move. I kinda like his dom attitude and so did Elise. But over everything else, I loved the ending of this story. Both the main characters and the supporting family were so well written that you could step right into their lives. I can't wait for the next book!!

I liiiiikkeeed it 😏 Elise was a fav character from Dirty Talk. I love her wit. I’m not that into country boys but Keith 😏😏😏 and I love a man that will burn the world for his family. And the smut was on point! The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because I thought Elise and Kat (from Dirty Talk) were best friends and Kat is not mentioned at all the entire book. It’s like she didn’t exist anymore, which is weird because they were besties. It’s just a pet peeve of mine that probably doesn’t bother most people but I can be a little picky sometimes 🤷🏻‍♀️

This book is hot and steamy. Keith and Elise are a fantastic couple who had quite the rocky start. Their story was hot and heavy though and really makes the story a great read. Love this author.

Loved it. Very raunchy, page turner. Love the story line and character relationships. Funny sayings and setting. Worth the read.

This is the second book in the Get Dirty series and this book does not disappoint… Elise is working for a sleazy tabloid its not the dream job that she wanted in journalism but for now its paying her bills. She has been following and investigating the hottest country star in the country looking for some dirt that she can expose, but so far has come up with nothing. Until she thinks she has finally unearthed a scandal which leads to a series of interviews where the sparks and chemistry between the pair is explosive. Elise is hoping that these interviews will lead to better opportunites in different areas of journalism, she is very passionate about her career but is she willing to risk it all for the love she feels for Kevin. Kevin Perkins has never wanted to do anything other than sing, hes a talented and very passionate character but has been closed off to everyone in the world, the only person he is really close to is his sister Sarah and together they hide his greatest secret. Elise is the last person he wants to be around as she threatens everything he holds dear but he cannot stop the chemistry that explodes between them. But can he trust her when she finds out his most treasured secret? And will Elise choose her career as a journalist or keep Keith’s secret and choose love above all else. Or will the choice be taken away from them? These two characters spark off each other from the start and you cannot but love Elise and rout for them as a couple. Very enjoyable book and I recommend you read Dirty Dream before this although is not necessary but well worth it.

Love this one. Keith and his country boy charm just gets me. He and Elise are from opposite sides but they work so well together. She loves his dom side. It makes for some pretty hot scenes!!
