it probably would work better for someone that was of less weight

I've been dealing with really sharp, non-stop lower back pain for about 5 months now. I've tried everything I can imagine to help with it before going to an orthopedic doctor. This belt was going to be my last resort. I really didn't expect it to do much but I was really surprised. When I am wearing it my pain goes to maybe 10 to 20 percent of what it is without it. I'd guess you're not supposed to wear it all day but I do. I have to wear it pumped up pretty tight to get the full amount of relief so I deflate it every couple of hours for a few minutes if I feel like I need to. Then re-inflate it and the pain goes away again. It really isn't uncomfortable at all. I guess I'm hooked. I don't want to take it off even when it's time for bed. I'm not sure if it's really the decompression that's helping so much or just the belt correcting my posture. Either way, it's working. I've only had it a few days so I hope it keeps on working so well. As much as I'm wearing it I'll probably wear it out faster than expected so I'm thinking about ordering a second one to have on hand, just in case. The way it's working for me I wouldn't want to go a day without one until my back heals. I don't know if it would work so well for everyone but for me, I couldn't be more satisfied. I love it!

This back support brace works perfectly for me. It provides the help my back needs; I can bend over and have no pressure on my back. It is easy to use and I can wear it under my shirt if I want to.

It is as described and husband reports it does help. Downside is that it is not comfortable to wear.

Doesn’t do what it says. Does not relieve back pain. Pump is no longer working. Used it a few times.

Hisband was able to adjust lower back spine and it works.
