Waste of money!!!!
I sent this back on the same day it was delivered. I tried to clean my windows and the string broke twice resulting in me having to go down four flights of stairs to retrieve it!!!. It was so hard to move on the windows (nothing like the smiling lady on the advert, which just glides over the windows!!!) If anything should be reported to the trade description this should!!!! I'm really disappointed because I thought that this was the answer to my prayers living on the second floor of a block of flats. Total waste of time and money !!! Don't even think about buying this piece of crap !!!!

Brilliant for cleaning windows have spent years trying to do the outside,only thing I find is the magnet is very strong and I have trouble separating them so unfortunately I have to leave it to my husband.

Just be careful to handle use string with the ring and it was safety.
Brilliant to clean the windows and no need a ladders .I am happy with this order.

Complete waste of money!
Took about 4 weeks for delivery and when it did arrive the magnets are so powerful you can't pull the two sides apart so unableto use! Definitely do not recommend buying this product. Would have given it no stars if I could. Complete waste of money.

Make sure that the glass window is well soaked with desire liquid before the attachment .
Not suitable for decorated leaded windows etc.

Magnets are so strong it's almost impossible to move it across windows

Haven’t used it yet, but took forever to get here from CHINA. No instructions and a small ziplock of weird pods that have no description for use. Odd.
