I have scoliosis and I love this Posture Corrector. It's funny to say that, since I've only worn it for a few minutes and I'm returning it. I'm 5'9", weigh 125 lbs, and my measurement 2 inches above my belly is 29. Size 1 is too small for me. It fits around the waste but the shoulder straps barely touch after I wrap it over my shoulders than around my waste to the front. I believe size 1 is a good fit for those with my size waste but for someone not as tall. I just returned this item and ordered a size 2.Previously I bought a different one. It was smaller and didn't go around my waste yet it was bulky, uncomfortable, and made me feel like it pushed my neck forward which I already have that problem so I returned it. Before purchasing this posture corrector, I did my research. I looked up the reviews for the best posture correctors. There were several and about three different correctors kept coming up. This being one of them.I really like the feel of this one and look forward to getting the right size so I can stat wearing it.

Works well for what it is, but there's a bit if a learning curve to getting it on and fitted correctly. It's helped me keep my shoulders back and not hunched over while working. It's good quality but I'm taking a star off for the price- there are less expensive alternatives to this if you're cash straped

Its a bit bulkier than I expected. Its a good product and I use it while I work on school work to help correct sitting posture

I was skeptical when I ordered this. I had lower back pain on occasion, and my posture was bad anyway.I got a size 1 (am petite) but my waist is a little on the big side.. I could have gotten a size larger and itbeen more comfortable, but still, this is a great brace! When my back starts hurting I put it on. It takes careof the aches there. Not only that, but I can tell it helps my posture a great deal. You have no choice but to keepyour shoulders back when you wear it. I am glad I bought it, and I'm considering on ordering the same one,but a size larger.

I love this Posture Corrector. I'm a Dental Assistant and I have a curved spine. It makes me sit and walk straight and I never realized how much I slumped over until now. This one is very comfortable and I have had several ones that were not comfortable. Plus this supports my back and my shoulders. Thank you so much for making this for Me.
