Wisco 425C-001 Digital Pizza Oven, 12" (2-(Pack))

I bought one of these for our home, and loved it so much I bought another for my son when he moved away to college. He and his roommates agree, the oven is fantastic! They use it at least once a day, and it evenly cooks a frozen pizza in 12 minutes without needing to turn the pizza or even look at it before the timer goes off. Not only is it faster than using the stove oven, it's easier to clean when some melted cheese drips onto the tray below the grate. We highly recommend this oven!Update: After almost 2 years of heavy use, our pizza ovens are still going strong - what a great buy they have been!

Really like it. It browns the top of the pizza well, which is not easy on a conventional oven. A couple things that are a bit dissapointing -- looking through dozens of reviews I was trying to find it it worked with a Papa Murphy take and bake. A couple said yes, no problem. There is though -- you need to go with the small (12"). Stupidly I though medium was the 12" size until I got it home. Just a bit too big and obviously family is no good either. If you can flip and transfer a medium onto a 12" foil pan, then reform and enlarge the edges, it works too. Also didn't seem to be getting done in the middle. I removed it from their paper pan after ten minutes, and put it directly on the grate. I had to remove it after another six minutes because the top was getting too brown. The center then was acceptable but still a little doughy. One other thing, even on frozen pizza -- it doesn't seem any faster than a conventional oven for cooking time. Except the preheat time is much less.

We use this in a small restaurant, and it is working just fine. We cook pizzas and large pretzels. Everything turns out very well. The oven fits well in a shelf. It's easy to clean. The temperature is accurate and works well. We would recommend this to others.

Pro:- Cooks pizza, etc. more quickly than conventional oven (I.e., be careful not to cook too long).- Doesn't need to rotate food to cook evenly; one less motor to worry about vs. the cheaper options out there.- Decent value for this quality tier; you get what you pay for.- Removable crumb/spill tray at the bottom.- Roomy enough to handle a 13" pizza just fine.- Can adjust cook time on the fly...much better than those with a mechanical rotary knob.- Fan cooldown when finished.Con:- The digital control's timeout when you haven't yet set the timer is a bit too quick.- Needs more temp settings...add 300, 325, 375, and 400.- The pizza tray doesn't quite fit perfectly when pushed all the way in; it has a tilt that causes it to not be flush with the front of the machine.- A bit on the bulky side; takes up a good bit of counter real estate.- Not ideal for biscuits; even on low it overcooked the outer layer and undercooked the inside.- If you have a heavy pizza, balancing it while scorching hot can be dicey; avoid sudden movements and smoothly place it on top of oven or nearby heat-resistant surface before it splats on the floor.- Beep volume is not configurable...I'd lower the volume for button presses and raise the volume for timer completion.TBD:Durability (only owned for a few months; so far no issues)

We bought this pizza oven for the office. Yes, it does make excellent pizza (from scratch or frozen) but also does so much more. We make cinnamon rolls, croissants, pies, pizza, cookies, etc. The low temp setting is around 350 and high is 450. Low temp seems to do well for about anything. It is a good idea to spin what you're cooking about halfway since the back gets a little hotter than the front of the oven. Definitely one of the best employee incentive items we've ever bought, everyone absolutely loves it! Product is well made, easy to keep clean and can be put away easily for storage.

i am very happy with this pizza oven, have used it for frozen pizzas and home made pizza pies. preheats quickly and large enough to fit decent size pizza in there. have used it to heat up other items as well, larger area to use instead of the toaster oven. extremely happy with this purchase and this has earned a permanent spot on my countertop!. one thing to note when you are done cooking the fan will run for some time (maybe 5 minutes) while it cools down and is a little bit noisy but that does not bother me.

Only had it for two weeks, but my wife and I LOVE it for Friday 'pizza nights' - too easy and makes our thin crust pizzas crunchy and perfect! We have not tried anything thicker, but I imagine the thicker ones will cook just fine, only take a bit longer...

Is it magic, supernatural, maybe aliens? The pizza oven can turn the cheapest frozen pizza into a party in your mouth. Tony's frozen pizza on sale, buy 1 get 9 free.....Score! Throw some canned mushrooms on, a few hot peppers and you are good to go. Of course, a having a few beers first helps. We brought ours to hunting camp along with a generator just to run the pizza oven.

I’ve had restaurants before with pizza machines and wanted one for home..I’m never buying store bought pizza again..cooks burritos and wings fast as well..love it
