Disappointing and Waste of $$. Connection is terrible!
I just returned these back to Amazon. They kept disconnecting constantly and would not reconnect. The left earbud would disconnect any time I paused a song then unpaused it, or skipped to the next song. Very disappointing.

Loss of signal
Sound cuts out when other wireless earbuds are in range. Sound cuts out when phone on left side.Irritating. I have a pair of x3 and did not experience and Issues. Battery life is great and sound quality excellent when you adjust the equalizer in the app. But signal cutting out is an issue and would not recommend

Disappointing Battery Life
I like these earbuds, but the battery life prevents me from rating them higher.I love the interchangeable wings and tips. The ones I use for my right ear are completely different than for my left and I get a great “barely there” fit in both ears.I use these for running, and on short runs, they’re great. I get a “battery 20%” warning at about an hour and 15 minutes of use, and they shut down around an hour and 45 min. This is coming off of being fully charged. For long runs I have to accept that I’ll be part of the run without my music, which is annoying. If your workout is 1:30 or less, though, should not be an issue, but def falls short of the advertised 4 hours. The sound quality isn’t great, but not a huge drawback for me personally; it’s good enough. All in all, would like more continuous run time at the price point, but for most of my runs they work great.UPDATE: I purchased these almost 3 years ago, and initially I had occasional trouble getting the left earbud to charge. After a while, it was constant, though I could work around this by moving the fin so that when I close the case, it creates more pressure between the contact points for charging. As of a week or so ago, that is a consistent issue on the right ear bud as well. Additionally, they rarely charge beyond 80%, which impacts the already less than stellar battery life.

Great product
I've had a number of famous brand name wired and wireless buds, and none of them ever fit right, except the Apple included-with-purchase ones, but they have their own issues. I wanted a sweat proof product for workouts, so when I saw these deeply discounted after a new model came out, I decided to take a fling.I apparently have small ear canals, which was my major problem with other types, but these popped right in right out of the box, no experimenting with tip sizes. I have a tin ear, but the sounds is great for me. Seems like they fit pretty securely, although I did have one fall out one day - not sure I had it in right. Pairing was a breeze.I'm now a Jaybird fan!

Good workout earbuds. Maybe not everyday use.
I almost returned this item. I bought these headphones for bike riding and working out (with some everyday use). Fit was incredibly important, so I found wireless earbuds with wings. But when I first got them they kept falling out of my ears! After a few days of fiddling, I finally found the combination that lead to a secure fit. Ever since, I've never had these fall out of my ears. I haven't taken them bike ride yet, however. The comment of video audio lag is true. About 10secs for me. Not incredibly important for me since I don't use them to watch videos often, but if you want these for everyday use it is a consideration.Battery length is very good for a workout earbud. I can get multiple workouts in without having to charge them. Nice case that makes it easy to keep them safe. There is also a bit of an issue of interrupted audio if your phone is obstructed. If my phone is in my left pocket, not my right, I sometimes get fuzzy audio. Again, not too much of an issue when working out since your phone is close. But you won't be wandering all around the house with these.I would definitely recommend these as a workout earbud. I'm not sure I would recommend them for everyday use.

Best Headphones
I read the bad reviews about the headphones and I was a little hesitant, but when I tested them, I must say that the headphones working very well. (maybe the new firmware had improvements).I have the Bose Soundsport Free and that headphones falling out of my ears ever. Additionally, soundsport free don't have the same bass quality that other Bose models, while, Jaybird Run XT has done an excellent job in the sound and bass quality (the app allows improve the EQ according to your preferences). The best feature of Jaybird Run XT are the ear fins, I didn't find other models with that feature, and for me, the ear fins and tips fit perfect for running. These never fall out and these are quite comfortable.

For $60 These are good. Like really good
This product had a lot of hate and honestly I can't see why, possibly it was early adopters who got it last year for $180, for that price it be hard to sell them to me, but these were on sale for $60 and for that it's an absolute steal. The sound is amazing and loud, the fit in my ears is perfect, and the videos I watch on YouTube, etc. Have zero lag, these are a perfect product in my eyes for $60, couldn't ask for better.

Cool but not good
The sound quality was good but not even a month from having them they wouldn’t reconnect to my phone the don’t fit in my ear and fall out really easily so not really worth the $150 spent
