At first I was reluctant to the actual concept behind this trap,But happy to be wrong.Placed my money on a good bet.Followed the instructions and kept it overnight , really helpful and helps for a peacfull sleep.It attracts the mosquitoes by the UV lights and suck them up through the Dan and they are trapped inside, some die because of fan hitting I guess ,but mainly because of starvation inside the trap.Very good value for money product, better than those coil,liquid and other useless stuff.

Good machine to catch mosquitoes no doubt, but. ..it's main component is uv light that attracts insects, is very cheap and doesn't last long, it is mentioned in discription also. ..plus you won't get this light any where in your local store! !!Price of machine is on very higher side. ..with repeated need of change of uv light or else useless and waste of money. ..So I recommend other buyer to go for other zapper where you can buy tube light easily or where light last longer. ..Main principle of catching insect is uv light only.

Lamp stopped working within 5 minutes, ordered replacement will improve rating if found doing the job after receiving.

Folks,I was desperately looking for a mosquito killer and looking at review of this product I bought it for my parents. I even looked at youtube review which showed amazing results but the reality is different. It hardly catches 3-4 mosquito (in 2-3 days ; yes we check only in 2-3 days). We followed all instructions; switched off lights, kept it at recommended height ...all but no result.The high reviews are just product adverts, do not believe.This product is not recommended if and only if you want to catch 3 mosquito , go ahead.

Nice product i have been using this product since 5 months, no mosquitoes are found in my house. Nice echo friendly product. Use instead of all outs, good night liquids and stay free from chemicals. Value for money.

Writing this review after 1 month of rigorous use. This machine is most effective when dark. Inside the house it is catching on an avg 85 mosquito in a night (yes I counted). I thought there were only handful of mosquitoes inside my house. But voila...I tried placing the machine outside of my house also. It catches lots of larger insects and the trap got full in two days itself.I have attached mosquitoes caught in one night in the trap.Cons: while disconnecting the trap live mosquitoes are able to fly away easily.
