Yes they will. Whether you have duals or single exhaust, this resonator will get rid of the drone or rasp. It works best if you mount it between your motor and your muffler, rather than after your muffler.

You must have a muffler. This only attenuates the resonance and reduces noise level a little.

I have a '95 ram 1500 5.2l v8 with an autosaver88 og1301a047 muffler. will this resonator reduce cab noise and loudness of the exhaust?

Had a straight through muffler on my Ram, it was too loud. Installed this resonator and it was much better. Sounds great and no drone.

I'm thinking about this resonator for my 2008 tahoe with magnaflow muffler 12589, if yes where should I fix it?can I replace it with stock resonator?

That would probably be a pretty good setup. I'd bet the sound would be somewhat aggressive but not overly so. Generally you place the resonator after the muffler.
