So far this is a great little coffee machine. One tip for a good tasting cup of coffee - throw out the mesh filter and use the small paper basket filters. The difference in taste is huge. No sludgy yuck in the coffee. Also make sure the plastic filter basket is properly seated or you’ll end up with a mess. Ask me how I know. Easy to clean and brews relatively quickly. A full pot in about 10 minutes. All in all it’s a good little machine that makes a decent small pot of coffee. I just hope it lasts for a while.

The machine does its job, and honestly that already puts it ahead of half the appliances in my kitchen that exist purely to mock me. It brews coffee. It brews it fast enough. It tastes like coffee. Works well, brews fast and hot, ideal for two people, reusable washable filter, drops one star because it doesn't have auto shut off.

This little guy has been working great! Our old pot was taking 40 minutes to brew a pot of coffee (hence why we bought this one), and this one does it in minutes with the same great taste of our beans! The numbers on the side of the carafe and the numbers on the side of the water tank are a bit misleading, as they don't line up with one another (i.e., if I fill my pot to the 4-cup line with water, then pour it into the tank, it fills the water tank to the 5-cup line). But as long as you pick one to be your guide and use it consistently, it's all fine. I LOVE that the filter is a little mesh basket and that I don't have to buy any paper liners. Such a win in my book. Super pleased with this purchase.
