Easy to use on windows 10
Plugged into USB and bingo the Windows 10 system added the driver and the leds lit up. Ideal for adding another USB port for your pi/arduino projects and all in a nice little perspex case that can easily be mounted in the final case. Fast transfers and really chuffed with this. 5v, gnd and tx, rx available from the pins on the end of the little case, I soldered mine directly to the proto board I used.

Good quality device, worked perfectly for my project
I used this board to replace a now unsupported USB-TTL driver board in a device I already owned. Buying a new one would have cost me £40, but a quick solder and this £10 device and I was back in business in no time. Really nice device, well packaged in a nifty hard plastic shell, which looks removable, but I kept mine protected, and comes with cabling etc. to give you all the things you're likely to need.

Works well on my Mac for programming micro-controllers
This little programmer is nicely put together in a transparent case and came with some female-to-female jumpers and a USB cable. It has selectable 3.3 or 5 volt output and came with a jumper installed across TX and RX so you could easily test it with a serial terminal. It was detected straight away by my Mac as it uses the FTDI chipset, and works well for my purposes, to program some ESP8266 modules. I have used it up to 115k baud with no problems. Overall I highly recommended!

Works well and installed seamlessly.
This works well and ideal for my home project work. The only downside was the documentation supplied. However, go to the manufacturer's website and there is everything there that youneed.I downloaded drivers and an install package but with Windows 10 it installed automatically getting all drivers itself.

Genuine!
The real McCoy! This is a genuine FTDI, not one of the numerous Chinese fakes . Having been caught before, I'd recommend paying a little bit extra to avoid the frustration of corrupted data and/or intermittent operation that comes as standard with cheap imitations (google Fake FTDI). Plastic housing makes mounting easy. Good website support. Nicely boxed and presented, with instructions. Great value.

No RTS Pin available so wont work with Arduino Mini Pro and many others ** AVOID **
Spent hours trying to get this working only to find out that you need to connect the RTS pin from the FTDI Unit to the Arduino board to get Arduino IDE to program the board, there is no RTS pin on this board so it wont work, absolutely avoid this one but go buy their other unit that does have both the RTS and the CTS pins as well, its part number SH-U09C and it has genuine FTDI chip and works every time.

Great product!
A great product, very well packaged an in its own hard enclosure. It even had a spare jumper for flashing your ESP32 (or whatever).
