No more tangled cable mess
Wish I had thought of buying one of these years ago rather than maintaining a box of entangled cables of different length "just in case". Easy to store, works great and super tidy.

All good
Worked well, very sturdy and good construction. Cable has been wheeled over by chairs umpteen times - what can I say - and still great

This worked out to be a very convenient way for me to run ethernet cabling at home. It worked well and I am very happy with the product so far.

Great idea but needs improvement
I want so much to like this product and every time I use it (for an outside application) I think it's great - so convenient. The problem is when you come to put it away it is a real pain. The mechanism binds and it is very difficult to hold the cannister and wind the cable back in with the tiny spindle handle. I have tried a dry lubricant but it provides only a temporary and partial fix. The most I can manage is half-a-turn at a time and then reposition my hand/grip for another half-turn. It should take seconds to wind the cable back in but it takes minutes. Disappointing.
