Hard to get a good quantity of cotton candy on the stick but I will keep trying

It doesn't make much at all, and the little that makes gets stuck to the center, not only that but on my second attempt to use it it stopped working, thank goodness that Amazon is taking it back

We got this for a daughter for Christmas last year and it is still one of her favorite gifts. It is a great machine for doing a few cones at home (I wouldn't try to use this for a party or anything - better to rent a big one for that). She pulls it out when she has friends over and they all love using it (and enjoy the sugary treat afterward). We purchased a carton of the sugar floss here on amazon and that works really well (and lasts a pretty long time). Clean up is quick and easy. The only small issue we have is that sometimes the plastic guard around the top will vibrate and work itself lose. It is pretty noisy when it does that and when it happens one of us will hold it in place while another makes the cone. Other than that one small issue the machine has not failed us yet.

After trail and error we figured it out. Sugar and two jolly ranchers together. Hold stick one inch above machine and turn quickly. Makes a lot if you use candy and sugar together

I just bought this product today and just tried it out.Does it make a lot at one time? No it doesn't.(maybe a 2 cup size at a time) But I did not expect it to being the size and price it is.All you have to do is make it to the size you want in quick batches.Not hard at all! It does do what it is supposed to do and makes delicious cotton candy.I would highly recommend for home use.If you are one of the negative reviewers looking for something that makes a huge batch at once either go to a fair or be prepared to pay a lot of money for a machine that will accommodate that desire. For me & my grandkids this is perfect!
