Used it to hold a 3” schedule 80 90^ to a 3” schedule 40 pipe. Worked fantastically. Really was impressed when welding the pipe together how much easier this made my life. No more depending on someone to stay still in a scissor lift holding this is position.

Good tool when you’re working by yourself
I used this clamp to line up pipe fittings to the pipe and avoid having high/lows or miss alignment I’m pipe fitter/ welder What I don’t like bout it. That after while the lining bolts gets BBs or weld splatter and they quit working but I guess is part of the wear and tear
