I am delighted with mine.One thing of which you must be certain is when you measure for size.Follow guide carefully.Do not measure waist but the widest part of your stomach.For fat chaps like me it is around the belly, not the waist - mine is a neater fit because I forgot this, but I was lucky.Once you are wearing it - be careful getting into a car. If you have back problems, the support may prevent you bending sufficiently if your lower spine is your only mobile spine section. Not insurmountable but it might prevent some discomfort the first time you get into the car.Mine is great. I am happy with it.

I use this for lower back support due to buldging discs. This does work but only short term. Sometimes it's enough to stave off a lengthier relapse. A good tool to have in your bag of tricks for people with constant back pain.

My husband is a retired nurse and was recovering slowly from six weeks excruciating acute sciatica. He has a lumbar disc which moves too much in loose ligaments. I so wish I'd disccovered this product before. Recently he can walk without aids but slightly bent over so now in this corset he can stand upright and walk properly as he can feel the total support in his lumbar spine. He can stand and sit without wincing. He has a big belly and this brace is perfect for him. If you have lumbar spine problems I highly recommend this corset

So long as you are prepared to wear it while standing, it ticks all the boxes. Have tried and tried to sit while wearing it, unless you loosen it right off, it does not work, in addition certain parts of it stick into you, making it uncomfortable, verging on painful.For example, I have a dentist appointment today, do I wear it or not, it will certainly get me there in comfort, but do I then loosen it off in the surgery before sitting in the chair.At least I can wear it while walking the dog, in the meantime its back to searching for a more comfortable multi purpose belt.

Good design especially the tightening mechanism

It has a good support and it keeps firm in place. just the straps when you push to tighten it kind of cross it is not good to velcro it which could be sorted if one of the straps has the velcro on it.
