These knee pads were a lifesaver for me when doing yoga. They provide the right amount of cushioning; soft and comfortable under my knees, yet firm enough to be supportive. I do not feel the floor through them. They do not slip. I use them on top of my yoga mat. I had a total knee replacement on one knee two years ago which is still (and always will be, uncomfortable to kneel on). The other knee needs a total replacement also, so kneeling on that knee hurts as well. These pads have allowed me to continue my yoga practice with very little discomfort. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds kneeling uncomfortable.

My knees hurt on some yoga poses and even during some of my core body classes. These are so soft and small. Perfect!

After having total knee replacement on both knees, I finally was able to get back to yoga. But kneeling, for example, in the cat/cow position was uncomfortable. After doing much research I decided to try these knee cushions. They work!! They are dense enough and soft enough to cushion my knees. Plus if I'm on my knees and want to go to a lying down position, they slide. Also if I have to kneel when doing house cleaning, they definitely make it easier. I am very happy with this purchase.

Worked great for knees and elbows.

I use these during yoga (think pigeon pose) and during strength workouts (think push-ups on knees). My knees were hurting so I set out to find them a cushion. These are perfect and so far have lasted quite sometime without any issues.

Just got these. Have to do some floor exercises for physical therapy and the yoga mat I was using wasn’t fully padding my knees. Got these and thankful I did. These help taking pain and pressure off my knees making exercises and stretches so much more tolerable.

Overall the pads seem to be a decent thickness and do not slide on my wooden floors. However, while the package for these pads said grey on the outside, both sets I received were purple. It's not worth the hassle to send back, but I wish I had received what was ordered.

My body is too much for one knee to handle during yoga. This really helped!!!

I started yoga, as someone with weight issues and knee issues, this was helpful to have on the mat to use. I was able to do most exercises with this.

J’ai eu un opération au genou et j’ai acheté ces coussins en gel pour mon yoga, ils sont beaucoup trop dense et ne diminue pas la douleur lorsqu’on s’appuie dessus.C’est pourquoi je désire les retourner. Les frais de retour sont de 13$ pour un article à 22$ cela est exagéré. Je suis membre Prime et cela devrait être indiqué dans la description, l’avoir su j’aurais choisi un autre produit.
