Nice sensitivity, easy connection through the wireless nano dongle, light weight, plug and play. Needs a single AA battery to power the mouse. The lights underneath the mouse do not light up but that's ok for me. Overall it met my requirement.

Problem resolved
I just got the delivery of the product. I insert the battery but it wont turn on. I changed multiple working batteries still the same. Now i went for the replacement option. There when i am trying to replace the item i selected option which says item not working then it takes me to a page saying how to resolve the problem myself or contact the manufacturer not the seller. Why would i go through the trouble of contact the manufacturer claim the warranty when i just received the product and get to know that it is not working. Please let me return or replace the item . I did not expected this from a brand like amazon to not letting me replace the faulty item.Update(same day): i got the problem resolved through customer care.

Defective Product Received
I had ordered this for the first time in 2022 and been using since then, great product-no complaints. After using it for 2-3 years it started malfunctioning so I thought of buying a new exact same mouse again. But this time I have received a defective product. The red indicator light is not working. It was extremely faded so I made a return request and ordered a new one, yet again same issue, the light was completely gone. I have returned/exchanged the product thrice in the last 10-15 days. The third time also I received a damaged product. I couldn’t wait for long so I decided to keep it but the product is defective. Going through the reviews I can tell that most people have received the same defective product. This is not the kind of service I expect from Amazon.

Amazon will not replace faulty product , you need to connect with dell support
I got a faulty product, when contacted amazon support they asked to connect with dell support. Dell support is not responding. Visiting a service center 10km away and spending 4 hrs doesn't make sense for 500 rs product. Did not expect this from Amazon. Better to now buy from offline stores, days of online shopping is over .
