This is a good product, but I have had problems with the pump working. It does help decompress if it pumps up.

Not a Doctor's Go Belt

Like it. It releaved some of my pain. I have a 44in wait it fit great.

This was suppose to fit my waist line according to the measurement but did not! So I bought some Velcro so I could wear it and it did nothing to releave my back pain, and was very uncomfortable! I just wasted my money!

I use this no less than three or four times a week. Gives great support and your back will feel better.
