GeChic 1303H 13.3" 1080p Portable Monitor with HDMI, VGA, MiniDisplay Inputs

This monitor stands out from its competition by virtue of having an HDMI input (as well as DisplayPort and VGA, although the cables for these connections are sold separately), rather than relying on USB for data input and the corresponding poorer performance that provides. It can also be powered entirely off USB, making it ideal for use with my PS4. The detachable cover is ideal for protecting the screen in transit, and I actually take advantage of the magnetic backing so it attaches to my portable music stand!My enjoyment is marred slightly by the presence of one prominent dead pixel, which is permanently stuck on blue, although it is only apparent when darker images are displayed.

If you leave it on its stand for a few days (eg as a screen for a temporary work desk), the glue on the stand will give and the stand will fall apart. This is such a basic design and manufacturing issue it drags an otherwise ok screen down.

Excellent screen, using it with a VGA KVM switch behind a reception counter and it is a great, lightweight wall mounted solution

I use two of these together with a Mac-mini to do video editing "on the go" with Final Cut Pro X. They are light and compact screens with good colour rendition and resolution. However, because they are so light I worry about screen flex and only transport them in a hard case (Pelicase).

Excellent picture quality and viewing angles. I use mine in a peli case with a ps4, couldn't find a better option other than the smaller hori LCD screen.
