Looks and works great
Easy to install. I only needed to drill a third (center) hole in our utility tub.It has a shower type spray that is actually very nice. I will miss filling up a bucket in seconds with the open faucet I had but the ability to do so much more with the pull down sprayer is much better. The handles are very easy to move and the sprayer retracts without issues. When first installed the faucet would turn towards the left but after running some really hot water through the faucet the hose seemed to reshape and now its working perfectly. Finally I like the look. Its not cheap looking and makes our mudroom look a little better.Update: still looks great and I haven't had a problem mechanically. The only problem is the flow of water is very restrictive and takes forever to fill a bucket. We have a tankless water heater and when trying to get warm water the water heater shuts off because the flow is too low. When looking up information to possibly increase flow I came across a warning that this product is not lead free

Good But be aware
Faucet in my Laundry room wash basin leaked and didn't work well from get go ( house built in 2006 ).I shopped around and looked at all different sink faucets, the most common reoccurring complaint was Plastic faucet. This one had everything thing I wanted, style and nice appearance ALL METAL for upscale house even if only in laundry sink.So why only 4 stars, the head on this unit at the very end where water comes out is metal colored plastic, it also does not look like the picture meaning the shower head tip. I called the manufacture and was told item was not changed and item always had plastic tip underneath but that the head of the unit is metal??? I tapped it with my fingernail sure sounds plastic to me. But has lifetime warranty so we'll see how it holds up.I went stainless steel color

No longer Perfect!!! (Read update 10/29/14)
10/30/2014 UPDATE AND RATING DOWNGRADE: This rubbed bronze model is not the same quality as the chrome model like this that like this that I owned and LOVED for over two years!!! This one (purchased, received, and installed in August 2014) has a plastic spray head which broke in half and fell off the hose last week after less than 90 days (the chrome model had a metal spray head). The spray head must be rotated to change from spray to stream and this plastic must not be strong enough to handle the rotation. The spray head on my chrome faucet was smooth and round as the picture shows, but the 'new and improved?' spray head on the current faucet is somewhat octagonal and much lighter/flimsier than the original head. With no spray head at all now, I am using a spring clothespin to keeping the headless hose from slipping fully into the faucet neck. I filed a warranty claim October 8th for the finish which had begun chipping off the faucet handle and a second claim October 26th for the broken spray head. The product is manufactured by Homer TLC, Inc. which owns Home Depot, and suspect that the 'plumber's quality' faucet I purchased a couple years ago has been changed into a 'box store' look alike with plastic parts. The warranty from the manufacturer is only as good as your ability to get remedy through the original seller (must present the receipt to the seller). ShowerDoorDirect.com (the seller) emailed me on Oct. 31 that a replacement has been ordered from the manufacturer but will not be available for shipment until November 28th!! So for the next month, I have a newly installed and totally unusable faucet. Stay away from this (just the Oiled Bronze or all finishes in this faucet?) via online purchase and buy from a local plumbing supply in case you need warranty action.MY ORIGINAL REVIEW IN AUGUST WAS: "This will be the second time I have purchased this faucet model. I like that the head turns about 1/8th turn left or right to switch from spray to aerated stream. I use a deep laundry sink to wash my dogs, and the faucet shape leaves a lot of vertical clearance plus swings to full left or right out of the way when I need that. (I use a spring clothespin on the pulled-out hose where it goes into the metal faucet neck to keep it ready through the dog-cycle. Other spray/stream faucets I have owned had push-buttons that wouldn't stay on spray when turned on and off during the washing, requiring constant pressing of a 'switch' to get back to spray each time. The faucet head is smooth and slippery when wet, so changing from stream to spray does require a cloth or other friction surface if you need to change with wet hands......"

Good Product, hard to find
Not any good pull out sprayers for laundry tubs which aren't plastic out there, found this and gave it a try. Much nicer than anything I have seen. Arrived fast and installed fine. Much better built than plastic competitors. Almost doesn't look like a pull out when installed which is nice. It's pricey but looks great on top of my $60 drop in laundry tub.

pretty good solution
We were looking for a utility tub faucet with sprayer so we didn't have to keep attaching and detaching a sprayer to wash the dog.The directions were not great, but they were enough. Installation wasn't any worse than any other faucet :)The only oddity is to fully seat the sprayer back into the faucet, you have to twist it. Same for pulling it out.Overall this seems to be the solution we needed, although a little pricey.

nice faucet
This is a very nice facuet-we have it in our laundry room. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is I wish it had a button to switch between regular stream and using the spray feature. You have to twist the sprayer to change it back and forth. It can be slightly annoying when your hand are wet. Overall we are very happy with the faucet

Nice unit wish it had one more feature.
I installed this in our laundry tub. Do you know how hard it is to find a laundry tub faucet with a sprayer. Wife wanted this to wash the dog. I only wish it had a push button like a sprayer to turn water on/off. You have to turn on the hot/cold mix just right every time to get the right temperature.

Faucet Head is plastic - Instructions are inaccurate for removing the screen
The faucet is similar to the one we bought several years ago but the quality was not the same. Instructions were not good and incorrect where it discusses removing parts to avoid blockage by sentiments. After installing it the first time in center hose leaked. I removed it and tightened down the centerline first before dropping the line through the hole. After installing it the second time there appeared to be a blockage in the centerline. I followed the instructions to remove the screen but it was not built to be removed and the plastic head cracked where it attached to the water hose. Very frustrating. I bought a Delta product which cost more but installed on the first try with no problems and no plastic.
