I purchased this chair stand because I don't have a place in which a traditional chair hammock stand would fit. The size of the footprint of traditional stands is just huge, and they seem difficult to store when not in use. This stand is solidly built, extremely intuitive to assemble/disassemble, easy to move, and takes up very little ground space. Instead of drilling into a wall, I currently have it hanging from an old basketball hoop pylon that is cemented into the ground. However, because of it's versatility, I can move it to any number of places, Really stoked about this and highly recommend it if you have a suitable attachment for it.

Very durable and saves so much room! You just have to be ok with drilling into the wall. We hung it on the back porch so it is attached to my house. Be careful with low hanging roofs (I have mine on a covered patio) and a low hanging chair...could put you close to the ground. An awesome product and the price was so perfect.One drawback...since it's so heavy, the packaging barely withstood the delivery. Has to be expected I guess.

Great solution for my hammock chair. Super easy to set up. I put together the stand in 5 minutes by myself. All the bolts have easy to turn plastic handles. Then i got some help from a friend to put a bolt through my tree. We attached the support wire the bolt in the tree. I can attach the hammock chair to the chain in a moment. It will store easily for winter. I am going to give the stand a couple of coats with clear lacquer to protect it from the weather.

Exactly what I expected. Perfect! Very well made. Sturdy. Small foot print. Truly perfect for my needs. Easy install and comes with everything you need.

I was very happy when the landlord at my office said I could get this hammock stand and their handyman would install it for me. I bought a Hammock Sky XXL Hammock Chair and read a bunch of reviews that indicated I needed a hammock stand over 7 feet tall. This hammock stand takes up minimal floor and wall space. Definitely make sure you have good studs you can install the stand to. The handyman did not use the provided wall anchors. I am uncertain if that is because of the stud situation (mixture of wood and steel) or because there was a problem with the included anchors. I feel 100% comfortable having anyone under 200 pounds in the chair. Between the chair and the hammock capacities I have a 225lb limit on the chair (but it can probably handle more). It does make me a bit nervous when clients swing back and forth a bit because there is a squeaking sound that comes from the poles rubbing together.

This stand is well built, well designed and well equipped with the accessories needed for installation. I am very happy with its versatility to be used inside or out. I have had a lot of different stands in the past. This is the best I have had yet. I can break it down and stow it within minutes.

We LOVE it! its in our kids room. We hung their Hugglepod from it and its holding up well.

On time and very easy to install. All pieces were all there and intact.
