Moultrie S-50i Game Camera + S-Series Security Box

I bought this product on 8/4/19. I used this camera through the hunting season and then took it out of the woods and put it in my safe. Long story short, I used this camera 5 months in the bear box that came with it and now it won't work. I did a lot of research and thought Moultrie had a great product but I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED that it doesn't work anymore. I currently have 5 Moultrie camera's that are getting ready for this hunting season. I have another one of the S-50i that I'm almost dreading to go check. I have been very happy with my other A-30's I have but disappointed I paid more for this camera and got a less dependable product!!! Moultrie, if you're reading this........please help out a supporter of yours with a new camera.

my camera did not come with a USB cable and I have many different types of USB cables and none of them fit the camera. It should have come with a cable. I set up the camera and it takes test pictures, but outside of that, after switching it to aim and watching it "detect" it records neither pictures or video when you go to the play back. With fully charged batteries, it shows only 1 day of operational life--instead of 30 days. Batteries tested with multi-meter and fully charged. I find the camera to be so frustratingly useless for $89 that I want to throw it across the room and smash it to bits.
