Blomberg LTH3842W 8kg Hybrid Tumble Dryer [Energy Class A+++]

I know heat pump dryers are noisier than a normal tumble dryer, but this dryer is in my conservatory, which isn't directly attached to my kitchen, so noise isn't an issue - but saying that I don't actually find it that noisy at all - my dishwasher is approx 6 years old, and I'd say that is louder.Dries really well, I tend to use the mixed cycle - programme starts at 1hr 50mins, but the dryer adjusts the time down to around 1 hr. The cotton cupboard dry cycle starts off as 2.5hrs but again adjusts to around 1.5hrs.I've certainly noticed a drop in my daily electricity usage, this dryer will pay for itself in no time, as I use it very often.

The tumble dryer stopped working after being used 5 times. I spent 4 hours on hold (4 different calls) trying to contact the dedicated Blomberg helpline with no reply. My email was replied to and I was told to check the plugs fuse ( i had changed the fuse), check that the socket worked (it does). No contact since replying with the above information. Very poor service from Blomberg. I would not recommend buying this machine.Update to my previous review above. Its now over 3 months since the brand new tumble dryer stopped working. The Blomberg guarantee appears to be worthless. The dryer has still not been repaired or replaced by Blomberg. replies to my emails are full of apologies BUT nothing is being done. Shocking service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It’s really great. Dries clothes well. They look good good not creased. Big drum. Simple. I usually use cupboard dry. Or delicate or freshen up. Good price compared to other with similar spec. Found it on Which.

The delivery was on time and the dryer is brilliant. It was recommended by Which magazine and it is as they stated very easy to use and economical. If you are looking for a tumble dryer you won’t go wrong with this.

Great tumble dryer but if anything goes wrong you will be on hold waiting to speak to someone at Bloomberg for 1.5 - 2 hours. This has happened on every occasion 4 times up to now . Completely unacceptable, for this reason I would advise people to avoid this company. Now I’ve been told I cannot get an appointment for 7 days to get the dryer fixed , to add insult to injury it’s an all day appointment 8am - 6pm totally ridiculous!I am now going to speak with amazon about returning the dryer.

Delivery was delayed ( last min call -driver sick). However everything was rescheduled. I love the dryer! No more wet clothes hanging around for days!! Items are coming out dry, no issues. After 3 cycles the filter doesn't need cleaning, no beeps. Very good quality for a heat pump dryer.

Easy to use and clean filters. 16 programmes but need to try them all for your best performance . Moisture sensors egfe give at cotrolloing trying times. Very quiet but timer alarm too quiet. Used in garage and plumbed into internal down pipe.Great piece of kit.

So far so good, easy to use, drys cloths quickly. Delivery was good, put machine in my desired location, very friendly, got a call an hour before arrival.
