Buggygear SunChaser UPF 50 - Silver/Black

We love this stroller shade due to the versatility of it. As tou can see in the product picture, the handle is comprised of a series of balls which all swivel to allow you to "snake" the handle in any direction or angle. This can easily be done with one hand as you are walking,without any effort, so you can always adjust as you change directions and the angle of the sun changes.The shade provides complete coverage from the sun and has good reflective properties. The shade is a good quality material and looks like to will stand up to repeated folding.The folding does take a little bit of practice but is easy once you get the hang of it.The best part of this is that it provides shade while still allowing air flow in the stroller/carrier, and baby can still look around to enjoy nature without being directly in the sun.There are a few small issues we have with the product. The first is that the clip is a screw clip. This is great because it allows you to adjust the clamp for any size handle, but the downside is that it makes it annoying to take on a me off quickly. Some kind of "quick release" or tension clamp might be easier, or even something that could clamp to a body carrier would be great. That said, it has a good hold and a rubbery piece inside the clamp keeps it from sliding around once attached.The second item is the size. We found it could have just been an inch or two wider. Sometimes right around noon when the sun is coming straight down its hard to get full coverage - just her little feet or hands might poke out and that extra inch or two might help.The third is that on windy days the shade itself can flop around. The handle holds sturdy but the lightweight material of the shade catches the wind and flips it back.That said, the above items wouldn't prevent me from buying it again, and I am still very happy with my purchase. In the attached photo you can see that we have it attached to our car seat carrier handle.

This is fantastic! I bought this for my little girls wheelchair to protect her from the sun, and it works great. Wish it came in a larger size though. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't do well in windy weather.

The disk itself is a good idea, it's maneuverable, a decent size etc. If you are staying stationary it would be great, but not if you hope to attach it to a stroller, as it requires readjustment so frequently.

This is fabulous for sunny, hot days. You have to get the hang out putting it back together, but once you do, it's easy. Great purchase for our stroller.

Very convenient and easy for storage

I have been searching for something to protect my baby from the sun when in his carseat. His carseat has no canopy, so this is good enough. It can be angled to block where ever the sun is angling from, except from the back wind shield. I had to secure it to his cup holder, and my baby is able to kick it sometimes, but it doesn't come off, although it does flop around.Update: 3 months later, the joint connecting to the clip broke. I will try to glue it back on. Hopefully it works.

My family laughed at me when I purchased the shade but soon realized it was a perfect item to have for our infant. We use it to shade our 11 month from the son in our UTV and in his stroller. It packs nicely and just remains attached all the time to the stroller. Does have a tendency to move a lot when windy but that is expected when you have a "sail" attached to the stroller.
