I really like it, great workout but has some design issues
This would be a 5 star rating. I love it. assembly was quick, the machine is sturdy and it delivers a great workout.here is the biggest issue:This could be a safety issue if it causes you to lose your grip and fall!There is a plastic sleeve that the top of the climber hand grips pieces slide up and down. After not very much use, the sleeve popped out in the middle of a workout. I paused and pushed them back in place. I was able to finish my workout. Next workout it happened again and again, and again. I was able to finish my workout but had many interruptions. I forgot about it until my wife went to use it and she had the same experience. She was not very happy about it.I was able to examine the plastic sleeve and could see that the buttons (tabs) that are supposed to lock it in place are bent back out of place, no way they will ever hold it in place. I took some cork and was able to get it behind the locking tabs, all 4 of them. This offered enough cushion to reinsert the sleeve and provide spring to keep the buttons in place. This is most likely a temporary fix. Perhaps the manufacturer will step up and design a better solution and send them to people that already bought this.Fix this issue, and I will give all the stars this deserves (5)
