Nice and thick!
Worked perfectly underneath the treadmill to keep from damaging the hardwood floors. Also helps with noise!

Perfect size
Perfect size and durability for my treadmill on wood floors. Easy to straighten out within like two days of sitting under the treadmill. Great product - mine didn’t have the smell that some have shared theirs did.

It has other applications.
Made for exercise equipment. I used it for a workbench top. It has taken 3 months of abuse from heavy toolboxes to pounding from projects. Not for metal work or soldering.

Perfect solution for our bike on new wood flooring
The mat is the right size for the bike base. It protects our new wood floor when you use the bike.

Its ok, not great.
Could have been a little thicker so it would lay flat, not as cushiony as I had hoped so it doesn't seem to help with the minimal rocking when pedaling fast on a stationary bike.
