broke internally costing me much electrician $$$
The unit does not come pre-wired. It is simple to insert the tighten the wires which go into a small green block that is attached to the white outer unit. The problem is that this small green block is just barely clinging to the remainder of the transformer by 2 tiny copper prongs. The slightest amount of wiggle on the wires causes it to intermittently lose contact. of course my very patient and frustrated electrician tried everything else first before we took the transformer down, took it apart, and saw that the green plastic contact block was loose.
