Laurel and Hardy Collection

This is an amazing collection of Laurel and Hardy shorts and movies. Each short and movie has a behind the scene writing on the movie and actors. Any Laurel and Hardy fan must have this collection. By the way did you know that the duo also did their movies and Spanish, French, German and other languages? I don't mean voice over either. They actually spoke the different languages themselves. But you'll learn that from this collection.

I enjoyed the dvd.

This set amazed me on 2nd disc. It includes some wonderful Larry Seman and Charley Chase shorts. Larry’s shorts contain amazing, terriific chases, stunts and special effects which will knock you put. They are second only to Keaton’s. Well worth your buying, even though not always ideal prints.

My grandsons were so excited to receive this but the DVD skipped and stopped in places, not a good product.

Just as the other reviewer stated, they are very, very old episodes that will not make you laugh and is of such inferior image quality that you will barely make out the images. If you want a history lesson of early film comedies then buy this and try not to fall asleep while you watch it.

This is a neat collection of old Laurel and Hardy films. Very enjoyable.
