I’ve tried a variety of L-Arginine products over the years and have settled on Natures Craft L-Arginine, which I’ve now purchase five times. I use this as a pre-workout supplement and have found consistently better performance and stamina during my workouts. I’ve found best results taking this on an empty stomach about 45 – 60 minutes before my workout. As I’ve enjoyed the boost this brand of L-Arginine gives, I’ve switched from a pre-workout shake to a recovery shake.

Product arrived on time and as described. I am in my first week of using the product, so there’s not much else to say. Can’t justify 5 stars just because the product arrived on time and as described. Plan to update after using for a while so as to give an accurate review of the efficacy or lack thereof.

It definitely works. Noticed an immediate & very significant improvement in circulation. Didnt experience the bad flushing sum reviewers said. But it did make me harder to cool down/off for a bit. Im fine now though. No irregularities. Would definitely reccomend for heart health in general. & me being a guy, hav noticed it helps down south 2 so...win win!

I follow the instructions and took it half hour before work out and it was great felt more Energized and was able to have a longer work out, also I play softball and it was really great as an energy boost on the field. I did not feel drained at the end of the game.

I think taking chalk would have the same effect. Pretty much useless.

The pure L Arginine helped me in many was, but most importantly it helped with my erection. I've Suffered with that problem for such a long time, because I have issues with my pituitary gland. This product made a definite difference in the bedroom.
