Love it and it worked great when I went on a trip. Easy to put device into. Really happy with it

The diagram for the lights is backwards, stating lft and rt opposite of what they do, and do not go into the 1,2,3 4 as stated. Once I figured it out it seems to work ok, but with confusing directions and diagrams, who knows if I'm doing it correctly.

I was originally looking for a mophie case. Mophie does not offer a battery case for a Galaxy Note 4. I like the LED charging indicator on the bottom front. Just wish the battery case offered better protection if not the same as the mophie when the phone is dropped.

First case stopped working after a couple days. My phone would beep, alerting me it was charging, then beep again about 10 seconds later, alerting me that the charger had disconnected. Would keep going back and forth like this until I removed the phone from the battery pack. Pack was fully charged but would not charge the phone. A second battery pack was sent to me and after about a week it started shutting itself off while charging. Thought perhaps the button was being hit while the phone was in my pocket but I tried charging my phone with it lying beside me on an end table and it still kept happening.Customer service was very helpful and I was refunded my purchase price minus the cost of returning the battery packs.

It worked perfectly at first. Then I noticed one day it was fully charged. Unplugged it. Then when my phone battery was dying I pressed the button for the extra battery to activate. But all the sudden it was non responsive. No charge to the phone and the external battery was suddenly dead. I know it had a full charge too. So when I found I charger I plugged it into the external battery and then it had shown me that it was still fully charged. Long story short it's not capable of lasting or saving a charge of electricity let alone be reliable for the extra battery.

It's a great way to go anywhere with a phone bank like this.
