Very handy having the weights adjustable so I can adjust it to the specific exercise I want to do rather than just using a single fixed weight and finding some exercises too hard and some too easy. Bought two and one is a lot stiffer to adjust than the other but no big deal!

Great product. Kettle bell sets take up so much space but this is compact and a full range of weight options in one footprint. Ideal for home or home gym or even small fitnes rooms in hotels. Delivery was fast purchasing easy would definitely recommend.
