Great for hair & nails essential on Keto.
Very good price for Biotin & great for hair & nails - especially good when on Keto (or any diet) to help prevent hair loss. Lost a 1/3 of my hair previously on diets - this time no loss (apart from normal) whilst supplementing with this so very happy.

Really good
I didn’t see instant results but after a couple of weeks of taking this vitamins I started to see some improvements particularly in my nails which started to grow stronger and very long. My hair also started growing a bit faster. My skin hasn’t really improved but I didn’t buy them for that anyway. Would totally recommend!!
