used this for YEARS with horses - now I used for Family - ME
COMPLETELY relieves muscle and nerve pain with just a small amount applied TOPICALLY. Strong enough to quench MS nerve pain and thats not easy. DO NOT OVER-APPLY...I can use a jar in a YEAR! You are supposed to see a clear blue "ICE" if it was mixed at its best - and if it comes sort of a merky blueish color BE PATIENT - it will get the job done - perhaps may need to use some Advil or choice of INTERNAL pain medicine with the EPF-5. It washes out if you have a good laundry soap - GOOD FORTUNE
