I purchased this for my kitten for holiday photos. It was a bit big on him, but it’s because he was young and very small. I would only recommend this for more grown-up cats. Other than that, it was a good purchase!

A very strong smell came out as soon as I opened the package, which repelled me and my cat. I agree with others that it is convenient to have the snap button, and it does look oh so cute if your cat lets you put it on them. The material is very thin, but I doubt people want a very heavy material for something your cat will wear for 5 minutes...I handwashed it because I could not stand the smell. The white parts were dyed red a little bit but not much. Overall, if you just want to take a Xmas card photo of your cat, this is good enough. If you want to use it as a coat for an outdoor cat/door, it is not warm enough or sturdy enough to last.

I really liked it and my cat wasn’t completely freaking out either. There’s a snap button around the neck which makes it something they won’t fight as much. The pom pom at the end of the hat was a little red, but it looked so cute I didn’t mind at all. Proof is in the picture.

I love this because it's easy to put on and pets don't mind it so much. My cat Luna looked ravishing in red. I can't wait for holiday photos. There is a little snap to close the front of the cape as well as little pom pom ties.

Came as described. My kitten was too small for it though so make sure you have a full size cat before purchasing or it will hang over their head.
